摘要 高等师范音乐教育是培养中小学音乐教师的摇篮,当高师毕业生走出校门跨入中小学教师队列的时候,同时也是对高师教育教学质量的检验。新的《音乐课程标准》对中小学音乐教师提出了更高的要求,面对音乐新课程新标准的启用,高师音乐教育教学的改革迫在眉睫。本文从高师音乐教学的培养目标、课程设置、课堂模式、考核评估几方面提出了改革的构思和建议,以达到为基础教育培养合格音乐师资的目的。 The music education of normal colleges is a cradle which trains the music primary and middle school music teachers.After graduates will step into the teaching ranks of middle and primary school.Their work in primary and middle schools is a good test of the teaching qualities of higher education.The new Music Course Standard has ut forward higher requirements for music teachers in middle and primary schools.Music teaching and education in colleges desiderate reforms since the new for music course and new standard are activated.This paper brings forward concepts and suggestions for reform from the discussion of training objectes,curriculum provision,classroom modes.tests and evaluation of music education in colleges,hoping the higher education can turn out qualified music teachers for basic education.
