摘要
卡铂在水中略溶,在乙醇等有机溶剂中不溶。卡铂无熔点,只有分解点。卡铂水溶液紫外光谱特征吸收随浓度的稀释最大吸收波长产生紫移,电导率在自然光下随时间的变化而增加,但避光时变化甚微。卡铂水溶液很不稳定,置实验室室温自然光下放置24h后,溶液颜色逐渐加深并分解,降解产物为水合铂和多铂聚合物。卡铂水溶液在含有氯离子的介质中发生反应生成顺铂。
Carboplatin a white crystalline powder, sparingly soluble in water. No clear distinguished melting point was not found for carboplatin, except decomposition temperature. When carboplatin solution was further diluted with water, λmax of absorbance moved from this position to ultra-violet region. Carboplatin solution showed conductace, which varied with slightly in the darkness. It was found that carboplatin solution may be converted to cisplatin in the presence of chloride ion. It was found unstable and its hydrolized products were hydrated platin ion and multiple-platin complex.
