关节镜下改良外-内垂直缝合术修复半月板损伤46例临床分析

Clinical Analyzing of Arthroscopic Meniscal Modified Verdical Outside-in Suture in 46 Patients

目的评价膝关节镜下改良外-内垂直半月板缝合术的临床效果。方法应用关节改良外-内垂直技术对46例半月板损伤患者行关节镜下半月板缝合术。结果术后随访6～26个月,平均15个月,所有患者术后疼痛缓解,关节绞锁症状消失。疗效采用董天祥等标准评定,其中优37例,良6例,可3例,优良率93.5%。结论关节镜下改良外-内垂直半月板缝合技术是治疗半月板损伤简单有效的方法,容易操作,能使半月板撕裂伤部位精确复位,固定牢靠。

Objective : To evaluate the effects of arthroscopic meniscal repair using the method of modified verdical outside-in suture.Methods: Forty-six patients were underwent arthroscopic meniscal suture for repairing of tears. Results: All the patients were followed up for 6 to 26 months with an average period of 15 months, postoperatively.The painness of all patients was released ,the interlocked symptom of arthrosis was disappeared, postoperatively. The results were excellent in 37 cases , good in 6 cases,fair in 3 cases according to Dong's evaluation standard. The excellent and good rate was 93.5%. Conclusion:It is a simple and effective means of arthroscopic meniscal modified verdical outside-in suture to treat meniscal injuries and easy to operate.It can provide the exact coaptation and firm fixation to healing of the meniscal tear.
