急诊护理中针刺伤发生的相关因素分析

Analysis on Relative Factors of Syringe Injury in Emergency

目的了解急诊护士针刺伤的发生率、刺伤原因及伤后的应对方式,提出预防及伤后的对策。方法对急诊科工作的34名护士进行回顾性的问卷调查。结果被调查的34名护士均发生过针刺伤,且发生针刺伤后无一人进行了正确的伤后处理。结论加强急诊护士对针刺伤相关因素的了解,促进其树立职业防护观念,建议性提出针刺伤后的对策,对减少针刺伤的发生具有重要意义。

Objective:To find out the ratio of the injury by syringe among the nurses in A&E department ,the reason of injury and the reaction after injury; to bring up the way of preventing the injury by syringe and the method of dealing with the wound by needles. Methods:To inquire the 34 nurses of A&E department to complete a questionnaire by reviewing their histories. Results: All of them had injured by syringes, the ratio of the injury by syringes is high; non of them can treat their wound properly. Conclusion:Therefore, concerning reducing the ratio of the injury by syringe, it is important to strengthen the nurses in A&E department to understand the relative factors of causing the injury by syringe, to enhance them to set up active concept of occupational defense and to call for some effective countermeasure against the injury by syringe.
