Assay of metronidazole suppositories by first order derivative spec-trOPhotomctric method

采用一阶导数分光光度法测定灭滴灵栓的含量，克服了非水溶媒滴定法国温热萃取溶剂的刺激性和腐蚀性，操作简便、快速，结果准确。平均回收率为１０１．１％±０．６６％，ＲＳＤ为０．６５％（ｎ＝６）。

A first order derivative spectrophotometric method was developed for the quantita-tive determination of metronidazole suppositories. The method was superior to nonaqueous titra-tion that is stimulative and corrosive. The mean recovery of metronidazole was 101.1%±0. 66%. RSD=0.65%(n=6).
