肝硬化患者门静脉脾静脉血流动力学多普勒检测及其临床意义

Clinical significance of the portal vein and splenic vein's hemodynamics revealed by color Doppler ultrasound in patients with liver cirrhosis

目的探讨肝硬化患者门静脉及脾静脉血流动力学的改变及其与临床诊断的关系。方法50例肝硬化患者及50例非肝病者于空腹静息状态下彩色多普勒超声探查门静脉系统。结果肝硬化组的门静脉内径明显增宽,血流速度明显下降,血流量参数增大;脾静脉内径明显增宽,血流速度稍增快,血流量参数明显增大;QSVQPV明显高于非肝病组。结论检测门静脉血流动力学对诊断肝硬化有重要临床意义。

Objective To investigate the relationship between the poral vein and splenic vein's hemodynamics and clinical diagnosis of liver cirrhosis. Metheds In 50 cirrhotic patients and 50 non-cirrhotic patients,the portal system hemodynamic parameters were studied by color Doppler ultrasonography.Results As compared to the normal control, the diameter of portal vein was much wilder, the flow velocity was much lower, and the blood flow volume was increased.The splenic vein displayed wider diameter, slightly quicker flow velocity,and significantly increased blood flow volume. The value of Q_~SV /Q_~PV was higher than the control.Conclusion Examination of the portal system hemodynamics plays an important role in the diagnosis of liver cirrhosis.
