苜蓿叶蛋白提取工艺的优化研究

Optimization Studies on Extracting Technology of Leaf Protein from Alfalfa

本文应用直接加热法、酸碱化加热法和酸碱法对苜蓿叶蛋白的提取方法进行了比较研究,同时对叶蛋白提取的工艺参数进行了优化试验。结果表明在苜蓿叶蛋白最佳的提取方法为直接加热法,最佳工艺参数为料水比1∶3,滤布层数为2层,过滤后于85℃水浴中,恒温7min。在最佳工艺条件下,苜蓿叶蛋白得率可达4.70%。

The thermal method,acid and alkali thermal method,acid and alkali method for extracting leaf proteins from alfalfa are stadied comparatively,and its parameters is optimal at the same time.The results show that the best method in thermal method,and the extractible best parameters ratio is materials 1∶3,layers of filtration is 2,constant temperature 7 minutes in hot water, whose temperature is 85℃,and the leaf proteins yield is 4.70% by using thermal method under the optimal condition.
