Agricultural Water-Saving Potential Analysis in Manas River Valley

根据玛纳斯河流域水资源严重短缺的形势,在本流域农业灌溉水利用率已较高的情况下,通过对各灌区用水现状的实际调查,发现仍面临很多问题,如种植结构不合理、节水面积发展不够等,节水仍有很大的潜力,并着重指出灌区目前应急需采取的各种节水的措施,尤其是在传统的节水技术的基础上,运用政策法规及现代科学技术,使玛纳斯河流域农业水资源得到有效利用。

A agricultural water is the main water in Manas river valley. According to the situation of the serious water resource short age and the higher water,using rate through actual investigation in the irrigated areas,come a lot of problems, for example,the unreasonable planting system and the water saving areas.The paper points out emphatically that the irrigated areas need various kinds of measures badly taken at present on water.Especially on the base of the traditional technology,we shoud apply the policy and regulation to the agricultural water.
