卡尔曼滤波分光光度法测定复方双氯灭痛注射液的含量 被引量:2

摘要 用卡尔曼滤波分光光度法,以0.01mol/L氢氧化钠溶液为溶剂,不经分离,同时测定复方双氯灭痛注射液中双氯灭痛和扑热息痛的含量,取得满意结果,平均回收率分别为99.79%(RSD=0.91%,n=6),100.11%(RSD=0.14%,n=6)。 Kalman filter spectrophotometry was used to determine simultaneously the contentof diclofenac sodiurn and paracetamol, whose spectra are overlap severely, and affected easily bysolvent and acid-base scale of solution changes in compound diclofenac sodium injection withoutpreliminary separation, Sodium hydroxide solution( 0. 0mol/L)was selected as solvent. Wave-length range was from 297. 0 to 263. 0nm,coefficient matrix was H_(m×a)=H_(35×2). The mean filteringvalues of later ten determination wavelengthes was regarded as the analytical results, The averagerecoveries of diclofenac sodium and paracetamol were 99. 79%(RSD=0. 91%,n=6)and 100. 11%(RSD=0. 14%,n=6),respectively.
