摘要
本研究采用海虾幼虫(brineshrimp)致死性生物测定法,对6种地衣的三氯甲烷提取物、单体化合物、多糖等19个样品进行了抗癌活性的初步筛选。结果长松萝、太白花的三氯甲烷提取物,R-(+)松萝酸、S-(-)松萝酸、红石耳Ⅱ具有较强的生物活性,S-(-)松萝酸钠活性最强LC_(50)为5.5μg/ml。6种地衣多糖均未显示生物活性。
Using brine shrimp lethality bioassay,we sieved anticancer activity of 19 samplesfrom chlorofom extracts pure compounds,and polysaccharides of 6 lichens, The chlorofom ex-tracts of Usnea longissina and Cladonia stellaris,R-(+)usnic acid,S-(-)usnic acid, and umbili-caria hypococcinea Ⅱ were powerful bioactive.S-(-)usnic acid-Na was the most powerful bioac-tive LC_(50)=5. 5μg/ml.Polysaccharides of 6 lichens were not bioactive.
