摘要 目的探讨血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)及转化生长因子β1(TGFβ1)的表达与宫颈癌生物学行为特征的关系。方法采用免疫组化法(SP)检测76例宫颈癌中VEGF及TGFβ1蛋白表达,以30例正常宫颈组织为对照。结果(1)VEGF和TGFβ1在宫颈癌中的阳性表达率为65.8%和68.4%,明显高于对照组(20.0%和23.3%)(P<0.01)。(2)VEGF和TGFβ1阳性表达率随肿瘤大小、临床分期和病理分级的增加明显增加(P<0.05或P<0.01);淋巴结无转移者VEGF和TGFβ1阳性表达率(57.1%和55.1%)明显低于有转移者(81.5%和92.6%)(P<0.01);(3)VEGF和TGFβ1在宫颈癌中的表达呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论VEGF和TGFβ1的表达与宫颈癌的生长、浸润、转移等生物学行为关系密切,在宫颈癌的发生发展过程中发挥着重要作用。 Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and transforming growth factorβ_1(TGFβ_1) and the biological behavior of human cervical carcinoma.Methods The expression of VEGF and TGFβ_1 were examined was examined in 76 specimens of human cervical carcinomas and 30 specimens of leiomyoma as the control by sp immunohistochemistry staining.Results The positive expression rate of VEGF and TGFβ_1 were 65.8% and 68.4%, respectively. There are significantly higher positive expression rates of VEGF and TGFβ_1 than those in the control (P<0.01,respectively).With the cancerous focus size ,clinical stage and pathological grade increasing,the positive expression rates of VEGF and TGFβ_1 were significantly high in cervical carcinomas.The positive expression rates of VEGF and TGFβ_1 in human cervical carcinomas without lymph node metastasis (57.1% and 55.1%) were lower than those with lymph node metastasis (81.5% and 92.6%) (P<0.01,respectively). The expression of VEGF was positive related to TGFβ_1 in cervical carcinomas.Conclusion The expression levels of VEGF and TGFβ_1 were related significantly to the invasive growth and metastasis of human cervical carcinomas. They play an important role during the occurrence and development of humem cervical carcinomas.
