疏血通注射液对肺心病患者急性加重期血浆内皮素、降钙素基因相关肽的影响

Effects of shuxuetong injection on endothelin and calcitonin gene related peptide of blood plasma in patients of acute with exacerbating chronic cor pulmonale

目的研究疏血通注射液对肺心病患者急性加重期血浆内皮素(ET)、降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)的影响及治疗意义。方法120例肺心病急性加重期患者随机分对照组和治疗组,对照组常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加用疏血通注射液治疗,测定两组患者治疗前后血浆ET、CGRP的含量并与健康人比较。结果治疗前两组患者血浆ET增多,CGRP略减。治疗后两组患者血浆ET回降、CGRP上升,但治疗组ET下降幅度及CGRP上升幅度均显著大于对照组(P<0.01)。结论疏血通注射液促进肺心病急性加重期血浆ET回降、促进CGRP产生,有助减轻肺动脉高压,改善肺心病预后。

Objective To investigate the effects of shuxuetong injection on endothelin(ET) and calcitonin gene related peptied(CGRP) of blood plasma in patients of acute with exacerbating chronic cor pulmonale.Methods 124 patients of acute with exacerbating chronic cor pulmonale were divided randomly into two groups:control group and treatment group.All patients were treated conventionally while treatment gruop were received shuxuetong injection additionally.ET and CGRP in blood plasma were measured in all patients before and after treatment. Results Compared with the healthy people,a significant elevation of ET and decrease of CGRP were found during occurrence of this disease.After treatment,the levels of plasma ET in all patients were turned to decrease and the levels of plasma CGRP in all patients were turned to elevate.Significantly,the level of ET in treatment group was lower than that in control group,and the level of CGRP in them was highter than that in control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Shuxuetong injection is helpful in lowering pulmonary arterial and improving the prediction of chronic cor pulmonale by accelerating to decrease ET and produce CGRP.
