摘要
目的探讨三踝骨折的手术方法、要点,评估手术疗效。方法自1999年9月-2003年9月对28例三踝骨折采用手术切开复位、内固定术。结果采用olerad和molander的疗效标准评估,结果满意。结论三踝骨折应行解剖复位,恢复踝穴的稳定性,早期手术切开复位,早期踝关节活动,恢复踝关节功能,避免后期发生创伤性关节炎。
Objective To research the operative method,key point and evaluate effect on trimalleolar fracture.Methods 28 cases were classified by AO and by open reduction and interal fixation from Sept. 1999 to Sept. 2003.Results The results were evaluated by olerad and molander score and satisfactory.Conclusion Trimalleolar fracture should be anatomically reduced. The operation should be done early.
