桦树皮镇咳祛痰有效成分的研究

Antibechic and expectorant constituents of Huashupi(Betulae cortex)

白桦（ＢｅｔｕｌａｐｌａｔｙｐｈｙｌｌａＳｕｋ．）的树皮临床治疗老年慢性气管炎有显著疗效，从其外皮中分离出６个单体成分，经理化性质和光谱分析鉴定为羽扇豆醇（ｌｕｐｅｏｌ，Ⅰ）、３－乙酰齐墩果酸（３－ａｃｅｔｙｌｏｌｅａｎｏｌｉｃａｃｉｄ，Ⅱ）、白桦脂醇（ｂｅｔｕｌｉｎ，Ⅲ）、白桦脂醚（ｂｅｔｕｌｉｎｉｃａｃｉｄ，Ⅳ）、齐墩果酸（ｏｌｅａｎｏｌｉｃａｃｉｄ，Ⅴ）和β－谷甾醇（β－ｓｉｔｏｓｔｅｒｏｌ，Ⅵ）。结晶Ⅰ、Ⅲ的药理试验表明这２个单体均具有镇咳、祛痰作用。

The bark of Betula platyphylla Suk.was effective for the aged with chronic tra-cheitis. From the outer bark,six constituents were isolated and identified physico chemically andspectrographically as lupeol (Ⅰ).3-acetyl oleanolic acid(Ⅱ),betulin(Ⅲ),betulinic acid(Ⅳ),oleanolic acid(Ⅴ)and β-sitosterol(Ⅵ).Pharmacological experiments showed that crystals Ⅰ andⅢ have antibechic and expectorant effects.
