正肝泰对大鼠实验性肝损伤的保护作用

Protective enects of Zheng Gan Tai Capsule on the liver of rats with ex-perimental hepatic injury

为研究正肝泰胶囊的保肝作用，进行了正肝泰胶囊对Ｄ－半乳糖胺（ＧａｌＮ）诱发大鼠实验性肝损伤保护作用的实验研究。实验证明，正肝泰胶囊可明显降低实验性肝炎血清谷－丙转氨酶的活力，能使肝脏糖元积累增加，使肝组织病理损伤减轻，肝细胞不同程度的再生，使肝系数下降，并使大鼠体重增长。也可使正常大鼠肝脏糖元积累增加。表明正肝泰胶囊对ＧａｌＮ诱发肝损伤的大鼠及正常大鼠有明显的保肝作用。

To investigate the liver-protective action of Zheng Gan Tai Capsule(ZGTC),westudied the protective effects of ZGTC on experimental hepatic injury induced by Gal N. ZGTCwas found significantly reduce SGPT vitality in experimental hepatitis,increase hepatic glycogenaccunmulation,abate pathological injury of liver tissue, promote reproduction of liver cells, reduceliver coefficient and increase body weight of rats. Besides,ZGTC increased hepatic glycogen accu-mulation in normal rats. The findings indicate that ZGTC has protective effects on the lives of ratswith hepatic injury induced by Gal N and normal rats.
