摘要
我国国有商业银行组织架构整合与再造的思路应该是:整体组织系统要按现代商业银行的原则和运作模式构建,围绕客户进行业务流程再造,优化经营管理层次,逐步建立以纵向推动为主的事业部制。
The organizational change and reengineering in the Chinese state-owned commercial bank are mainly including: setting up the whole organization accordi ng to the principle and the operating mode of modern commercial bank, applying t he BPR(Business Process Reengineering)based on customers,optimizing the operatin g and the management,and building the business division management system.
