摘要
采用CAN总线技术及相关的集成电路开发出基于CAN总线的全分布式控制器。控制器的逻辑单元设计为多CPU网络体系,体系内各智能化的功能模块通过CAN总线互联,实现模块间的数据交换和多CPU协同工作。在铝电解过程中的应用表明,该控制器能在强电磁干扰、高粉尘和强腐蚀性气氛的环境下稳定工作并取得了显著经济效益。
A fully distributed controller based on CAN bus was developed by using CAN bus technology and related integrate circuits. The logic unit of the controller was designed as a multi-CPU network system, in which the intelligentized functional modules were connected together by CAN bus, realizing the communication among the modules and multi-CPU cooperation. The application in aluminum reduction process showed that the controller ran stably in the environment with high electromagnetic interference, heavy dust and strongly erosive atmosphere, and acquired remarkable economic benefit.
