摘要
基于P+n平面结构Ge APD的工作原理,介绍了采用Ge APD作为光电转换器件,并配以微带电路和取样技术来测量Ge APD对快速光脉冲响应时间的方法。
The operational principle of Ge-APD was introduced. The measurement of Ge-APD quick optical-electric transducer, micro band circuit and sampling technique were presented.
