摘要
结合分析测试中心的现状,阐述了仪器开放使用对培养高素质创新人才和促进分析测试中心发展的作用,探讨了如何加强仪器开放使用的管理办法。
Based on the present situation of the research center for analysis and measurement, the paper expounded that opening and sharing large-sized instrument play an important role in training talents of high quality and creative ability, and promoting the development of the research center. The methods for strengthening the management of instrument opening were discussed.
