盆腔炎症患者生殖道支原体感染发生率调查

Investigation of Mycoplasma genitalium infection in pelvic inflammatory disease

摘要 目的研究生殖道支原体(Mycoplasma genitalium,MG)与盆腔炎症性疾病(pelvic inflammatory disease,PID)发病的关系.方法聚合酶链反应法检测162例PID患者及110例健康对照者MG的感染率.结果 162例PID患者中感染MG 25例(15.4%),对照组110例感染MG有6例(5.5%),两者的差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.4587,P<0.05).20~30岁年龄组间PID患者MG感染率与>30岁年龄组相差无统计学意义(21.1% vs 10.5%,P>0.05).结论 PID患者与MG感染有关,临床应高度重视MG的诊治. Objective To study the association between Mycoplasma genitalium (MG) and pelvic inflammatory disease (PID).Methods One hundred and sixty-two patients with PID and 110 health control were sequentially enrolled in this study, and polymerase chain reaction was used to detect the infection of MG.Results Among 162 cases of PID and 110 health subject, 25 cases with PID and 6 health subject were affected by MG, the different was significant (χ~2=6.4587,P<0.05). The infection of MG in the 20 to 30 age group was similar to that in >30 age group(21.1% vs 10.5%,P>0.05). Conclusion This study indicates that there maybe an association between MG and PID. Emphasis should be focus on the diagnosis and treatment of MG infection in order to control PID. 【
