头孢美唑药物动力学研究

Pharmacokinetics of cefmetazole

以氯仿－正戊醇（３：１）和磷酸盐缓冲液（ｐＨ７．０）２次提取血浆中头孢美唑，用紫外分光光度法测定血药浓度，回收卒９８．９５％，线性关系良好（Ｃ＝２４５．３Ａ－１．０１２，ｒ＝０．９９９６）。头孢美唑在兔体内药动学过程符合二室开放模型，主要药动学多数为：Ｔ＿（１／２α）＝０．３７６ｈ，Ｔ＿（１／３β）＝２．１６ｈ，ＡＵＣ６３２μｇ·ｈ·ｍｌ￣（－１）。

Cefmetazole was extractecd bv chloroform-1-pentanol(3: 1 ) and phosphate buffer(pH7. 0) twice from plasma and determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry. The recovery was98.6%with good linear relation(r=0. 9996). The pharmacokinetic process fited to two-compar-ment open inodel in rabbits。 The main parameters were T_(1/2α)0. 376h,T_(1/2β) 2. 16h,and AUC 632μg·h·ml￣(-1)。
