This article deals with the principle and configuration of Ⅲ Elastic Fastener fitting tool, giving a comparison about the manual and mechanical mounting/dismounting. The survey from construction site displays the efficiency going up remarkably with this tool in application, particularly on jointless track spread at one setting.
