小儿急性肠套叠的综合诊断及治疗

目的探讨小儿急性肠套叠的综合诊断及治疗措施。方法临床表现结合X线腹透、肛诊、腹部B超检查、空气灌肠及复位,适时手术。结果全部病例均治愈。结论小儿急性肠套叠首选诊断方法为腹部B超,其次为空气灌肠。首选治疗措施空气灌肠复位,其次为适时的手术。

Objective To explore the diagnosis and treatment of the children acute indigitation. Methods Clinical situation combines the x-Ray , anus examination , the abdomen B-ultrasound, the air clyster and restoration, well timed surgical operation were managed . Results All cases were cured . Conclusion The chief method to diagnose the children acute indigitation is abdomen B-ultrasound, the air clyster is the next in order.The first measure to acute indigitation is air clyster to infuse the bowel to reset, and a timely surgical operation is the next in order.
