摘要
采用问卷调查法,对中老年人参加健身气功·易筋经锻炼的情况及健康情况进行调查。研究结果表明:参加健身气功·易筋经6周的锻炼,对心理调节能力有显著改善,练功者的焦虑和抑郁水平有所降低。焦虑自评与幸福度有所改善,练功者的心血管系统、脉搏、血压、呼吸机能、柔韧、平衡、肌肉力量、均有积极的影响。文章研究结果尚属初探,其长期稳定的效果尚待继续深入研究探讨。
By using the method of questionnaire, this paper analyzes the older's health by practicing fitness Qigong——Yijinjing. The result shows: 6 weeks' practicing by Yijinjing will improve psychological regulation ability, the anxious and depre ssed level of the person doing Yijinjing is reduced; Self- anxiety and happy deg ree improved in some extend, Cardiovascular system, pulse, blood pressure, breat hing function and other function have obviously improved. This research is just a beginning research, the long and steady result will continued be discussed.
