住院精神分裂症患者CRT的测试研究

A study on the intelligence test of schizophrenia inpatients by CRT

目的:调查住院精神分裂症患者的智能状况。方法:运用CRT测定患者的智能状况并与CRT-AC进行对照分析。结果:精神分裂症患者智力明显低于常人,且与常人比较,智力减退提前约20年。结论:精神分裂症患者智能及认知功能障碍,是疾病症状的体现,有其自身生物学基础,并不完全是精神衰退的结果。

Objective: To investigate the intelligence of schizophrenia inpatients. Methods: To use CRT to examine the intelligence of the patients and contrast with the CRT-AC results. Results: The patients suffering from schizophrenia have mental deficiency compared with ordinary persons, whose intelligence fail 20 years ahead of time. Conclusions: Schizophrenia patients' recognition barrier is the early symptoms of the disease, as is proved correct according to the biology base. It is not a result of the mental declining.
