拉莫三嗪联合氟西汀与氟西汀单独治疗抑郁症的临床观察

A clinical study of lamotrigine combined with fluoxetine and fluoxetine alone in the treatment of depression

目的探讨拉莫三嗪联合氟西汀治疗抑郁症的效果。方法:随机将68例抑郁症患者分成两组,分别给予拉莫三嗪联合氟西汀单独应用氟西汀治疗8周;以汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评定疗效,以副反应量表(TESS)评定副反应。结果:两组间HAMD于第2、4、6、8周末减分率比较,差异均有显著性(P<0. 01 /P<0. 05)。两组间TESS评分各周差异均不明显。结论: 拉莫三嗪联合氟西汀治疗抑郁症疗效优于单纯使用氟西汀,且耐受性好。

Objective:To explore the effect of lamotrigine combined with fluoxetine in the treatment of depression. Methods: A total of 68 patients with depression were randomly assigned into two groups, one group treated with lamotrigine combined with fluoxetine. The other with fluoxetine alone for 8 weeks. The efficacy and side effects were evaluated with HAMD and TESS in 1,2,4,6,8 weeks after treatment. Results: There were significant difference on decreased rates of HAMD between two groups in 2,4,6,8 weeks after treatment (P<0.01/P<0.05). There was no difference on scores of TESS between two groups. Conclusions: Lamotrigine combined with fluoxetine had better efficacy with good tolerance.
