摘要
目的:优化从干胭脂虫提取胭脂虫红酸的工艺条件。方法:用正交试验探讨影响胭脂虫红酸提取效率的因素。结果:乙醇浓度、提取次数、料液比和提取温度影响胭脂虫红酸提取效率。结论:在75℃、以料液比1:5的65%乙醇提取3次(每次1.5h)的条件下,胭脂虫红酸的提取得率可达91.20%。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the optimum extract conditions of carminic acid from Coccus. METHODS: The optimum extract conditions of carminic acid from Coccus was obtained by orthogonal experiment. RESULTS: The extraction rates was affected by extract solvent, extract times, Coccus- solvent ratio and extract temperature. CONCLUSION: The optimum extract conditions is that extract coccus with 65% ethanol for 3 times(1.5h for each time) at 75℃, the ratio of Coccus to solvent is 1:5(W/V). Our present results showing that the extraction rate was 91.20% under above-mentioned conditions.
