摘要
用ESR的方法检测了中药扶正防癌膏水溶液对酶和非酶体系中产生的活性氧自由基的清除作用。扶正防癌膏水溶液能较强地清除羟自由基(·OH)与超氧阴离子(O),药液的浓度越高,其清除能力越强。加热可以提高药液清除活性氧的能力,透析后的药液显示出了最好的清除效应,说明小分子物质在清除活性氧自由基的过程中可能起着非常重要的作用。本研究试图从自由基理论的角度说明具有扶正防癌作用中药方剂的部分作用机理。
By spin trapping-electron spin resonance method,the active oxyradical scavengingeffects of the compound Chinese drug Fuzheng Fangai were studied in hydroxyl radical(· OH)and superoxide anion(O)generating systems. The results indicat that Fuzheng Fangai complexprescription scavenge. OH and O effectively. The concentration was larger,and the scavengingeffects better. Heated solution increased the scavenging effects. The dialyzed solution showed thebest scavenging enect.It was shown that thesmaller molecule may play an important role in theactive oxyradical scavenging process.
