纬编双轴向多层衬纱织物的双半球成型性 被引量:14

摘要 进行了纬编双轴向多层衬纱织物的双半球成型实验,并在实验的基础上描述了该织物双半球成型的特点及规律。实验以双半球对称轴为铺覆起始位置,双半球上织物±45°方向的各交叉点在水平面上投影的连线为抛物线;±45°方向上衬纱夹角θ的变化与半球直径相关,而与两半球的间距无关。第一象限中,织物+45°方向上交叉点处的夹角θ与其距半球竖轴的距离呈线性关系,-45°方向上呈非线性关系;最大剪切变形角出现在+45°方向上,约40°。 The forming experiments of the multi-layered biaxial weft knitted(MBWK) fabrics on double hemisphere were carried out. Based on the results of the experiments,the characteristics and rules of the forming of MBWK fabrics on double hemisphere were described. The changes of angle θ at the direction of ±45° fabrics on the double hemispheres between the inserting yarns were related to the magnitude of diameter of the hemisphere,but had no correlations with the distance between the double hemispheres. The angle between the inserting yarns had a linear relationship with the perpendicular distance from the measured points to the longitudinal axis of the hemisphere on +45° direction,and had a nonlinear relationship on -45° direction. The biggest shear angle was about 40° on (+45°) direction.
