摘要
分析了纺织品智能工艺设计与质量预测系统的多层架构,阐述了系统的主要功能,提出了基于实例的纺织工艺推理模型和基于人工神经网络的工艺质量预测模型,从工程应用的角度展示了信息技术和人工智能技术在纺织企业的应用与实现情况。
Aiming at artificial intelligence in process planning and quality prediction for textiles,the n-tied system framework was analyzed.Using NET platform,the main functions were described in details,the modeling of CBR-based process planning and ANN-based quality prediction was proposed.Some methodologies were illustrated to show the application of artificial intelligence in combination with information technology in textile manufacturing.
