摘要
采用高碘酸钾法测定酒中锰,锰的平均回收率为100.23%,方法的线性关系很好,r=0.9998,灵敏度为9μg/L,4min显色完全,18h内褪色稳定性好。该法简便、快捷、准确度和精密度高,具有良好的重现性和回收率,是测定酒中锰含量较理想方法。(孙悟)
The measurement results of Mn in liquors by potassium periodate method were as follows: average recovery rate of Mn as 100.23 %, good linear relations obtained, r=0.9998 and sensitivity as 9 ug/L, complete 4 min color development, and good discoloration stability within 18 min.
