摘要
校长应通过培养教师的自主意识、营造研究氛围、引进评价机制、倡导实践探索等,唤醒、引领、激励、促进教师发展,做教师自主发展的促进者。
Headmasters should be the facilitators of teachers' self professional development through developing teachers' awareness of self development, setting up a research atmosphere, introducing an evaluation system and advocating the practical research.
