摘要 为解决我国缺乏拥有自主控制权的无源三维导航定位系统与军用、民用领域迫切需要三维导航定位的矛盾,提出了一种将我国已有的"北斗一号"、"长河二号"和军网等资源进行优化组合,构成我国区域性的自主三维导航定位系统的方案。介绍了组合系统的原理与组成,分析了组合系统定位精度。初步研究和实验表明,该方案有助于缓解我国防建设对三维导航定位的急需,克服(或缩小)"长河二号"在东南沿海地区的定位盲区,消除军事装备使用GPS、GLONASS等外国导航系统的风险。 In order to solve the contradiction between the lack of passive three dimensions navigation system controlled by our country and the urgent need for the system in the military and civil area, a self-controlled regional three dimensions navigation system of China based on 'Beidou-1', Loran-C and military net is presented. The principle and constitutes of the system were introduced. The positioning precision of the system was analyzed. Research and experiment results show that the system can meet the desire of three dimensions navigation of our army in a large degree, eliminate (or reduce) the positioning blind-area of Loran-C in Taiwan channel and avoid the risk of relying on GPS and GLONASS.
