提出一个以移动通信为基础,海事机构的各种移动作业终端(包括船舶和车辆)之间以及移动作业终端和系统监控中心之间进行数据信息交换、数据信息共享和协同作业的综合应用系统。阐述了系统的物理网络结构、业务逻辑功能结构和各种业务逻辑功能模型。

This paper has proposed one comprehensive application system, which based on mobile communication, and carrying on the data information exchanging and sharing between various kinds of movement homework terminal stations of the maritime organization (including shipping and vehicle), and between the homework terminal station and systematic control center. This paper has explained systematic physics network structure, business logic function structure and various kinds of business logic function models.
