摘要
通过分析现有船员培训模式、外派船员现状等,得出航运企业进行再培训规划的重点和策略,在此基础上提出再培训的内容和实施,并参考新技术对培训模式的帮助提出现有培训手段改革的方法。
By analyzing the mode for crew's training, the status quo of crew who is signed on foreign vessel fleet,we put forward to how to make a program of crew's retraining and how to make them effective in shipping enterprises as well as how to promote the training method and way with the help of new technology both for teaching and learning instead of the old one at present.
