跨流域调水发电工程,会造成下游河段生态环境、水量和水质变化等环境问题。结合工程所在地的自然地理环境,通过对宝坛水利枢纽下游河段环境影响的分析,认为工程对下游河段的影响是有限的。

<Abstrcat> An interbasin water regulating project will lead to environmental problems such as changes of ecological environment, water volume and quality at downstream river sections. Combined with the natural geological environment of Baotan Water Complex, the author analyzed the influence of project on the environment of downstream river sections, and concluded that the influence is limited.
