摘要
针对钛基复合材料高温应用中的关键问题—高温氧化性能,本文通过高温氧化实验得到增重数据,整理绘制成氧化增重动力学曲线,并通过热力学计算出了实验材料的氧化抛物线指数n以及氧化激活能。结果表明:钛基复合材料的氧化规律为抛物线规律,以高温合金Ti6242为基体的钛基复合材料比纯钛为基的钛基复合材料高温抗氧化性好。
The key problem in high temperature application of titanium matrix composites is the oxidation resistance. The study is to investigate the oxidation kinetics of particle-reinforced titanium matrix composites. The results show that the oxidation kinetics curves of titanium matrix composites and Ti6242 matrix composites follow the parabola law. The oxidation resistance of Ti6242 matrix composites is higher than that of Ti matrix composites.
