摘要
结合中国石油某石化分公司己二酸技改项目,对粗己二酸增稠器进行了设计制造。用制造和安装精度要求不高的链传动取代了原进口设备采用的蜗轮蜗杆传动,采用双端支承方式和滚动轴承,有效地提高了设备的运行周期。
The designing of Raw Hexamethylene Diamine Thickener for Liaohua Hexamethylene Diamine technological transformation Project is introduced. In designing chain drive is applied other than using worm wheel drive as the imported equipment does. Using two-end bearing support will greatly increase the thickener's running cycle.
