本文论述了一种用可编程控制器(PLC)实现对压力控制阀出口压力自动调节设备的控制的设计方案。文中详细地介绍了设备的功能、结构和控制原理,以及可编程控制器I/O点的分配、型号的选择和PLC与器件的逻辑电路连接,并且给出了完整的程序设计结构和功能块程序。
This paper puts forward a design of the automatic adjustment of the press control values based on PLC including the design of function, composition, principle and software. It presents the selection of PLC, I/O assignment, logic circuit diagram of the system are given clearly as well as the FBD program diagram.
