摘要
介绍了一种利用PLC来实现经济型数控系统的方法,并说明了如何利用PLC来实现直线插补和抛物线插补。由于PLC性能稳定、价格合理、开发周期短、程序易于修改等优点,所以基于PLC的经济型数控系统具有较好的应用前景。
Almost all the economical CNC system applied in our country are based on the Single Microcomputer (SMC). Designing the CNC system based the SMC requires more time and more technique, and the system lack the flexibility, also the function of the system is too much but the using is little in normal occasion. The original introduces one mean that designing the economical CNC system and explains how to use the PLC to interpolate. Because the PLC have a lot of merit, such as steady performance, reasonable price, little designing time and conventional program-amending, and etc., the economical CNC system based on the PLC has one bright future.
