氟树脂涂料的研究与应用

Application and development of fluorocoatings

综述了7种常用的氟树脂涂料体系———高温烘烤型涂料、常温固化型涂料、水性氟树脂涂料、高固体份涂料、粉末涂料、低表面能涂料和亲水性氟树脂涂料等的特性、发展史、国内外研究概况和应用现状。分析了当前我国在氟树脂涂料研究领域中与国际水平的差距。讨论了现有政策对国内氟树脂涂料的开发与研究的影响。指出了今后的发展方向。

<Abstrcat> The characterization, development history, research and application status worldwide of seven common fluorocoating systems were summarized. There are high temperature baking fluorocoatings, normal temperature curing fluorocoatings, water-base fluorocoatings, high-solid flurocoatings, powder fluorocoatings, low surface energy fluorocoatings and hydrophilic property fluorocoatings, etc. The disparity in developing fluorocoatings between China and foreign coutries was analyzed. The influence of current state policies on studying and developing fluorocoatings was discussed. The development trends of fluorocoatings were presented.
