摘要
总结了微弧氧化技术具有镀层耐磨性与耐蚀性优越、厚度与颜色均匀、工序简单、生产效率高、环保等优点,并指出了其缺点。展望了微弧氧化技术在铝合金、镁合金、钛合金及其它材料表面处理上的应用前景。提出关于微弧氧化技术的研究将会集中在设备产能和能源利用、膜层颜色多样性以及表面光泽度和粗糙度问题这3个方面。
<Abstrcat> The advantages of micro-arc oxidation technology were summarized including excellent wear resistance and corrosion resistance, uniform thickness and color of films, simple procedures, high production efficiency and being environmentally friedly, and its disadvantages were also pointed out. The application prospects of micro-arc oxidation technology to aluminum alloys, magnesium alloys and titanium alloys were presented. The research on micro-arc oxidation technology will focus on such aspects as the production capacity of equipments and energy utilization, the diversity of film' color, and the brightness and roughness of film surface.
