气功所致精神障碍和精神分裂样障碍症状学比较研究

COMPARISION OF SYMPTOMS BETWEEN QIGONG CAUSED MENTAL DISORDER AND SCHIZOPHRENIFORM DISORDER

我们对１９９２年６～１０月间同期住院的２３例气功所致精神障碍和２０例精神分裂样障碍患者所表现的症状进行了比较，发现二者的症状结构、出现率和简明精神症状量表ＢＰＲＳ总分值均无显著差异。我们认为气功所致精神障碍的临床诊断应着重于其发病原因、病程及预后观察。

We compared the present rates of symtoms between patients with Qigong caused mental disorder and those with schizophreniform disorder. Patients were all hospitalized from June to October 1992. The results showed that there were no differiences between the two groups in symptoms, structures, present rates of symptoms and the total marks on the brief psychiatric rating scale (BPRS). We believe that more attention should be paid to the cause, disease duratrion and prognosis in the diagnosis of Qigong caused mental disorder.
