车铣加工中心刀塔结构的动力学建模

摘要 由于车铣加工中心刀塔结构的复杂性和多结合面性,本文将其分解为四个子系统,结合面用等效弹簧和等效阻尼代替,利用一个柔性结合点可以用二个刚性结合点和一个子结构替换的原理,并运用机械阻抗凝聚法和子结构综合法建立了刀塔结构的动力学模型。 For the complexity and multiple joint surface of the knife tower structure,its structure was divided into four subsystems,joint surface was replaced by the state of combining with the equivalent spring and equivalent damping,a dynamics model was set up to utilize the principle that one flexibilities joint-point can be replaced by a subsystems whose power of characteristics equivalent the joint-surface’s dynamic characteristics combining with two rigidity joint-points,and to use the law of mechanical impedance condensation and the law of sub-structure comprehensiveness.
