介绍了一种用于平行双螺杆挤出机的新型止推装置。用标准向心圆柱滚子轴承替代止推轴承承受轴向力,简化了止推装置结构,提高了轴承的使用寿命,解决了平行双螺杆挤出机的止推轴承布置的难题。

This paper introduces a new type of thrust device,which is developed by the authors and can be successfully applied on the double-screw plastic extruder.The thrust device with the standard radial roller bearing,featured by simple construction, long useful life,is going to be a substitute for that with the special thrust bearing. The difficult problem for fixing up the thrust bearing for the double-screw plastic extruder is solved.
