渗碳齿轮磨削裂纹的产生机理和预防措施

The Reason Analysis and Preventive Measures of the Grinding Cracks of Carburizing Gear in the Procedure of Grinding

针对渗碳淬火齿轮在磨削加工中出现磨削裂纹的现象,本文从热处理和磨削加工两个方面分析了裂纹产生的原因,并由此提出了预防裂纹产生的措施。

For the grinding cracks phenomenon of carburizing gear tooth flank arisen in the procedure of grinding,the cracks reasons were analyzed from two respects of heat treatment and grinding working,and the measures of preventing cracks were put forward.
