The manipulator for aiding steel ladle to pour is a new kind of tool with the advantage of compact and flexible structure,convenient control and simple operation.The manipulator consists of the mechanical part,the hydraulic system and the electronic-controlled system.The fundamentals and structural peculiarity of the mechanical part and the hydraulic system of the manipulator were discussed in detail.
