摘要
介绍了凸轮分度机构的重要性能参数——分度精度、停留精度,提出了检测系统的硬件配置方案,根据对所采用传感器的信号特性分析,设计了合理的数据处理方法,最后以实验证明了本系统的可靠性和实用性。
Indexing precision and dwell precision,which are two important parameters of cam indexing driven,were introduced.A testing system was designed.According to the characters of the single of sensor,the process of data management was designed in detail.The result of an experiment shows that the testing system is practical and reliable.
