摘要
以汽车底漆生产线控制系统为例,介绍了可编程序控制器(PLC)和组态软件相结合的故障诊断系统,并着重阐述了PLC控制系统故障诊断技术的几种方法。现场运行情况表明,该诊断系统灵活性强,能快速准确地实现故障诊断。
Taking the control system of the bodywork primer line as an example,a fault diagnosis system based on PLC and configuration software was introduced,and several fault diagnosis methods of PLC control system were discussed.The running state at the working field indicates that the diagnosis system is flexible and can diagnose faults quickly and accurately.
