普通机床数控化改造设计中关键问题的研究

The Study of the Key Problem on the Transformation from Normal Machine Tool into NC Machine Tool

在数控机床改造的过程中,如何进行电机参数的计算和选择、数控系统的选择和电气系统的非标准化设计是目前数控化改造工作中普遍存在的问题。本文针对这些关键问题作了分析,并提出了相应的解决办法。

In the transforming process NC machine tool,the selection and counting of motor’s parameter, the rational selection of NC system and the designing of electric system in term of standard are the key problems. The analysis and the solutions of these problems were presented.
